About the Founder
Tianna L. Seaman is a defense acquisition professional and federal procurement subject matter expert specializing in rapid procurement execution. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Articulate Acquisition Intelligence Inc. (A2I2), she brings extensive experience in navigating complex Department of Defense regulatory landscapes, enabling organizations to effectively architect resilient acquisition pathways and secure successful contract awards.
Her core expertise spans Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) compliance, as well as the strategic execution of Commercial Solutions Openings (CSOs) and Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs). In addition to her leadership at A2I2, she serves as an Agile Acquisition Subject Matter Expert at Riverside Research Institute.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Florida State University.
Operating out of Philadelphia, New York, she is deeply committed to civic leadership and community development, currently serving as an elected member of the Board of Education for the Indian River Central School District.
